All shipping are sent through UPS, USPS or DHL, shipping times depend on the UPS, USPS and DHL operating at full capacity.
North America: estimated 2-10 days.
Items marked “delivered” by the UPS, USPS and DHL are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.

When apparel are ordered and received should a cancellation be necessary then a 15% fee will apply as items will be unreturnable.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
