Processing Time

• The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-14 business days as every item is made here in our studio. I appreciate your patience & support.

Estimated Shipping Time

• All shipping are sent through UPS, USPS or DHL, shipping times depend on the UPS, USPS and DHL operating at full capacity.
• North America: estimated 2-10 days.
• Items marked “delivered” by the UPS, USPS and DHL are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 

Shipping Address

• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
• The address can not be changed after the order has been placed.
• If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.
